I've heard it before. I can't really explain why because I'm utterly terribly at describing music, but something about it just sound right. I don't particularly like it, especially in comparison to the original.
The mixing is pretty muted and it doesn't give the guitars the energy they need to drive the piece. The sequencing is also pretty mechanical -- the rhythm is too rigid, and the articulations don't vary. It's not bad at all, but neither is it a proficient level of production.
I expect you'll all like this arrangement of "I'll Go", though. :)

EDIT: Wait, I missed that Sakuraba actually arranged this version, too. I doubt he was involved in production, but still....that means this
was a professionally-produced commercial product. I still think it's pretty sub-par for commercial standards... Huh.
