When this first came out me and a friend started playing coop and my mate wasn't getting any exp for quests so I ended up a much higher level early on leaving him struggling with tougher enemies.
Did it ever get changed or is the person not hosting still stuck only getting exp; from kills? --- http://i.imgur.com/cqLpz.gif

First game I played with my friend he kept getting the "Quest will not be written down" and wasn't leveling up as much as I was. Next time we played we were lvling up at the same rate, neither of us got this message. Not really sure why that happened the first game.

If you join a game in which the host has progressed much farther in the story, you will get the notice that the quest will not be written. You can pick up the cash, weapon, or blueprint reward, but you will not be credited with the completion of the quest. This is why the game lobby shows games that are similar in progress to your own, and why it will recommend that you use a game save that is close to the hosts.
I get that but when we were playing we both started at level 1 on new characters and only the host would get exp from quests. --- http://i.imgur.com/cqLpz.gif

Well, did one of you talk to Sinamoi before the other one joined? That would probably cause that. --- ('` | | . |;;; |\ | `'|'` | . /'''\ |\ | |;;; |'') .,) | |,,,|,,, | \| . | . |,,,\,,/ | \| |,,, |"\ GT: Seth Lios
