I usually go for something like this:

and sicne that site doesn't let you add the +8 extra if you have DLC, then Take Silent Resolve from 1/5 to 5/5, and the last 4 into Mind Games for 4/5...I think you can get 4 extra skill points from doing the DLC's, so add 1 into mind games, and then the last 3 are whatever you want I suppose.

I find the melee skills on Lilith pointless (Would rather use Brick if I wanted to punch stuff occasionaly).

A decent fire weapon will let you own every bandit/crimson lance in P1 or P.2. (If you have firefly, all you have to do is touch them and they burn to death.)
A corrosive weapon will kill everything else thats resistant.

Run in and start shooting. When you take some damage or your shields start falling, phasewalk to a more advantageous spot or locate the most dangerous enemy.

I personally like something like this:

You can put the remaining 9 points into spark or girl power or radiance. I don't really care too much. The style behind my playing is to run in shoot everyone, kill some, stun others, When (if) health drops use phasewalk to regen. When you come out you'll be resistant to most damage and should have high, if not full health. Then just repeat the process until everyone is dead.
