If you hold A or press A constantly while moving in directions, you should be fine for normal difficulty on just about anything. --- Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. It's just that yours is stupid. Shooting blanks, every time, all the time.

I can't remember well but I think you're ideally supposed to switch weapons before a sword breaks so it regenerates the gauge faster. --- . . . I'm a genius, not an engineer! - Aramis

If you're worried that the swords might lose power or something, that doesn't happen. You just have to wait until they heal. Like the above poster said, you can avoid the breaking if you switch. --- And this time!
