how does a gamestop warranty work?

I just bought the bundle, and bought the warranty, but I didn't get any extra paper or anything; is that the norm? I've never bought a warranty before

They should be able to look it up. Keep your receipt anyway though

Basically they warranty it long enough so that the day after your warranty expires, they set off a logic bomb secretly implanted in your PSP so that it ruins everything in your PSP so you have to buy a new one from them.

Nah, but the receipt should partly count as the warranty, and then they do have it saved in their records and stuff that you have a warranty on it.

so pretty much keep the receipt, and then they'll replace it within the year if it breaks?
