question about sharpness values on minegarde weapon trees???

so after looking at the weaponsmith charts on minegarde site i noticed each weapon has 2 difference sharpness bars. (example):monoblos sythe gets blue on second bar. so i made a a garuga to get sharp sword hoping my weapons would get that chunk of blue. but it still shows green. is that not what the second bar means? or do i need to get 15 points in sharp before that unlocks?

Everyone falls prey to the whole "skill points and gems are named something completely different than the activated skill" thing.

"What do you mean points into Sharpness doesn't give me Sharpness+1?"
