Hey _Moron_, Where does he get this magical equipment? The Agency isn't supplying him anymore. A couple street thugs won't have the tools your used to, so they're not going to supply you. Sure they could give you a gun but you have one already, two infact. Plus you have Fiberwire still. Everyone just doesn't have a Sniper scope upgrade up there butt, ya know?
Although enemies do have weapons which you're able to take, and there are plenty of items laying around for use. So if you needed to, you can improvise. Either way you're still supplied with the basic things needed to complete a hit.
Pistol Fiberwire Your brain
It fits the story. --- Commanding Officer of Phantom Operations (HoG) Wont change sig till BigReed gets 1600MSP for Helping out
??? People will play missions after the first time? Sure, but for achievements right? No? But isn't Contracts designed for replayability? So why complain? And I thought no weapon loadouts was an emphasis of the "on the run" feel, with the lack of briefcase serving as a freedom of the game's ability to give the player to choose what they want without the penalty of stealth?
