Yes, infringement153, you can by pressing the c button. Next time, look at the control menu before making a topic.

While this topic is here, I have another question. Say I have this game on steam, and I play it halfway through. If I get another computer, can I have all my saved progress on it, or would I have to restart the game?

Yes, as long as you allowed the steam cloud to be enabled, it syncs your progress.

Well, actually, I figured what you were asking was, can you zoom the scope - that's shift (and control to zoom out). I found that out by accident, and it's not in the manual.

When scoped, try G and B (or H and N) to zoom in even further when scoped with C.

This works for me on the PC. Shift = zoom-in tight, CTRL = zoom-out wide. Scoped in is really good for long distance headshots.
