You need to set up a DMZ for your Wii. I had this same error and after I got it all set up, online worked perfectly for me.

The exact process depends on your router, firmware, etc, but that's the basic process. If that doesn't help you can always look it up for your specific router on google.

havent encountered this before but its been like this for the past hour or so. My friend having the same problem. I wonder if there is poor internet quality in the area right now. We both live in different towns though

I called capcom and got their port numbers,(5223tcp, 5223 3478, 3479, 3658udp) and put my wii in dmz and still get that error or 11669 1 out of 5 times trying to connect.

We love Capcom but their servers are on the blow me list right now. Hopefully tuesday's maintenance fixes it
