I'm pretty new to the online part of this game. I have and HR of 12 roughly how long would it take to get to 31. I know the severs get shut down soon.

If you don't sit around town for 10+ minutes at a time like some people do you'll get there pretty quickly.

I am a pretty incompetent player and I have reached HR30 (just need to complete 1 more 3* "key" quest and the "Festival of Fear.")

My play time is 185 hours.

My main problem is finding 3 other players of a similar rank on the EU servers.

Yeah, what is this obsession with people sitting in the tavern doing nothing(not afk), when you could actually be playing the game?

Most of the time they're looking up ideal hit zones and calculating weapon damage. Go easy on them, it's not like they're making chocolate milk.
