Look up Deca Sports for the Wii it's releasing on the same day although it doesn't look that good.
They have snowboard cross along with 9 other games like basketball, soccer, badminton, curling. yes curling.

oh come on, DecaSport's snowboarding compared to this game is like comparing a piece of turd to a good steak. the only games in DecaSport worth playing are curling, badminton, and maybe volleyball. the rest are STINKER and I am talking about really really smelly stinker. --- no it off now k thx

Well if I were to get a snowboarding game, I'd hope that the company concentrates only on the snowboarding game, similar to We Ski concentrating only on Ski. 1080 using Balance Board.
Though more then likely we'll eventually see a SSX game using the board.
