So I posted this on the Wii's message board, but I figured you guys might get a laugh out of it.

I'm pissed that my Wii isn't working right, but even I have to admit there is some humor in this. I'll copypasta what I wrote on the Wii's board.

When I try to play my Wii now, it only works for a few minutes then I get a fatal error message. How did this happen?

I think it was seriously because I crossed the streams.

In Ghostbusters, when you cross the streams, it makes an explosion which knocks you and your partner down. I've done it before on the Graveyard level just to see what would happen. So I was replaying the Library level and I was just goofing around, so I decided to cross the streams just for fun. Right before the explosion, I got 2 fatal error messages and my Wii wouldn't shut off and it sounded like the disc was starting to spin way too fast. So I just unplugged it since the power button wasn't working.

Now whenever I try to play it, it only works for a few minutes before giving me a fatal error message.

So important safety tip; don't cross the streams. It WILL be bad. Will Nintendo believe me when I tell them what happened? o_o I have a feeling they'll just write me off as a lame prank caller.

Hm... Sounds strange to me. If this scenario doesn't occur with any other video games, then it's most likely the game disc. It seems unlikely to me. Possibly something was wrong with your console regardless of what level you were playing in the video game?

Anyways, I'll take your advice :P

That happened to me too! ( the fatal error) I was fighting the collector, he was flinching from when I pulled one of his tentecles, you know, when you have to beat the paper stuff he summons, when he started attacking AND flinching at the same time, after he shook his head two times ( when the book bat things come out and attack you ) it stoped and said fatal error, after that I didn't play it for 3 months afraid that my parrents would get angry and make a huge deal out of it even though it was my money. The game was bad, and glitchy ever since. This also ALMOST happened on my force unleashed game, but I saved it by doing the following...

THE VERY FIRST TIME YOUR GAME ACTS FUNNY AND GLITCHES, TURN OFF THE POWER WITHOUT SAVING!!! this worked for my force unleashed game, it still works just fine!8)
