I Absolutely Love This Game But...

Could they invest more into the voice acting or just take it out? I mean seriously, I'd rather hear my dog barking for voice overs.

The only Warriors game with decent voice acting is DW4. Seriously, almost all the characters were spot on. DW5 onwards, everything felt so bland. So plain. It wasn't necessarily bad. Just very plain.

I don't know what Dynasty Warriors 4 you were listening to, but I found the voice acting in that one very bland compared to 5.

The acting was fine in DW5 but the voice actors in DW4 had a certain uniqueness to it. In some cases, DW5 had terrible replacements.

Bonus Vid! The Hell did they do to Sun Jian?!

Thank god Nobunaga's voice (sp?) isn't as stupid as it was in the last SW I played. I don't know what it was. He was my favorite character skill wise, but his voice...jesus christ. "It's.....just.....that.....simple.."

Nene sounds like a teenager, Hideyoshi sounds like a stoner...

You can get Japanese voices on the US version by simply swapping the voices.bns file. Only affects cutscenes and briefings though. Changing the in-game sound effects would involve tinkering around with the main data file itself.
