Rainbow on Hard 2 = Impossible

I follow YYZ's video exactly, and what always happens? Some heli ALWAYS comes and gets a villager, because something failed to kill him. I got farther earlier putting up an AA and turning it black because I was sick of it, but didn't have enough cash to put up as many fire things as I needed.

This level is demonic, and impossible.

Have you seen SolidSephiroth's video? It might have a different strategy to follow. I'm not sure which level off the top of my head Hard 2 is, but I've rainbowed it. Perhaps you need to use a mine to catch the straggler that gets by.

Hard 2 is "Double Team" right? It is a hard level but not that hard. Beege is right, if in doubt blow them up. If you're having cashflow problems you might want to consider spending 7 gems on 10% interest to help out too.

I followed that one too, something ALWAYS gets through, and it's usually a heli. I do everything exact, and it just waltzes on by. Is that just what happens on that level, you got to keep trying until the bastards don't get through? Seems like throwing an AA up somewhere would help more than just arrows everywhere.

What wave are you losing on? If one always gets through, can't you just build another arrow or two right before that wave? Here's another video, I don't know if its the same as the others...

Yeah, it's the same, and no I really can't. On Hard, money is hard to come by, so every bit counts and I'm usually struggling to keep up with the video sometimes. I tried it again and got up to like the next to last wave, I might make another go of it later. I think that there is some level of luck in getting it too, as I have even had one slip through on the first wave a few times.

If you can get to the 2nd to the last level without letting anyone by, then give it a couple more tries and I'm sure you'll get it. When you get towards the last few levels all you need are a few well-placed lasers for the fliers, and then a bunch of fire for the spiders. If need be, sell some other towers to build more lasers if fliers are getting through, and then as soon as the fliers are dead sell the lasers and build a ton of fires.
