Just curious how people were building there fighter in career. where u going more str dominant or speed dominant? or more well rounded?
After 14 fights I have my guy in the 300's in str and stm with about 130 agil and 250ish dex.
I'm training mainly str and stamina, but getting into my 28th fight, I wish I had trained for dex and agility, but the jump rope, is such a pain and the speed bag, in my next career I will train more dex and agility, and use the special training to get my str and stamina up.

I usually do focus mitts for str and dex, and then either heavy bag or shuttle run. I'm too old and slow for jump rope. If my Adderall is kicking in, I can do the speed bag, otherwise I suck at it. But you can do the heavy bag even after a 12 pack.
ya i do mainly the focus mits and the heavy bag. the heavy bag is easy as hell to get top score on. the focus mits are pretty easy too.

weird, i am really good at the speed bag, but suck at the heavy bag. what is the trick to the heavy bag? i always ranked like 14k after doing it, whereas i am around top 500 on speedbag.
The trick is that you don't even really have to do combos. Just keep hooking the circle on the bag like a monkey on crack. I do that and end up with 1 ranking every time.
