Tools: 64 Pistol Rounds, 13 hydrogen tanks
Start by going to the shed and grabbing the hydrogen tanks, you won't need to use all of them. I used five in total. Place two tanks outside, one on each side of the entrance. Put three more inside of the building, one in each of the back corners and one closer to the entrance. Get back towards the hut with the tanks and shoot one of the barrels outside. If any didn't blow up, now shoot those, the building should now collapse if it hasn't already.
Sprint everywhere, the hut, the building, the hill.
Work on aiming quickly, you can miss this by a second if you don't aim at the barrels quickly enough.
Time: 0:55 Pro: 0:16
Tools: Gauss Turret
This one is pretty self explanatory, but the best way to do this is to aim slightly above the base of the Comm Towers, right at the top of the thickest part. If you hit this spot, the turrets will fall in one shot.
Don't wait to see if your shots hit or not, go on to the next one and come back later if you missed.
Time: 0:50 Pro: 0:25
Tools: 9 Rockets
This is a reinforced building, and pumping rockets into the support beam won't do anything in your quest to bring it down. Shoot all of your rockets at the far wall. With each clip, shoot a rocket at the upper-left corner, the upper-right corner, and the lower center of the far wall. When the wall is taken out, the building will collapse on itself.
While reloading, scout the wall for places that haven't been hit. Use those places as key targets in your next barrage.

Forget about the insides of the building, go all out on the outside walls and it goes down in no time.
Use horrizontal swings to take out the vertical supports, and use vertical swings on the thinner materials. This cuts down on the number of swings that you waste.

Tools: Sledgehammer, 1 Remote Charge
Most important tip right here: Ignore your sledgehammer. Start by going into the building and climbing the ladder. Climb up the next ladder as well. (You have now climbed TWO  ladders) Turn around and look into the hole that goes around the building. Throw your remote charge into the hole so that it hits the inner-ceiling of the structure. Jump off the building and detonate it in mid-air for your best shot at a pro time. If you do not jump off, you WILL die.
If you're having trouble getting up the ladders fast enough, wait until you have the jetpack and just use it from the start to get up high enough.
Time: 1:30 Pro: 0:50
Tools: 1 Remote Charge, 25 Proximity Mines
This one is semi-dependent on luck and is not very easy to explain thoroughly. Begin by going into the far room and use half of your proximity mines around the walls. You only need one in the passageway to the room. Use the other half doing the same in the middle section of the building. Throw your remote charge on one of the mines and run out of the building while detonating it.
No real tips here other than just to experiment with where you put the mines to get the widest explosion range.

Tools: Sledgehammer, Light Walker, Remote Charges
Begin by doing whatever possible to get down to the platform holding the walker as quickly as possible. Ignore the walker for now, and run under the pipes and open the ammo crate. This should give you 15 remote charges. Throw four charges on the pipes directly above you and get into the walker. Using the Walker's jump jets, get onto the lower pipes and run up them. When you are about halfway up the pipes, begin hopping with the walker. This causes major damage to the pipes. Once you reach the end of the pipes, fly up to the middle pipes and detonate your charges on the lower pipes while in the air. Get to the bottom edge of the middle pipes and hop all the way to the top. Repeat the same thing on the upper pipes. If the pipes are still standing, you can fly down in order (top to bottom) and use your crush move to destroy the pipe, just make sure you don't fall.
I've personally been able to get a faster time (albeit a much more difficult time) by ignoring the walker and using my jetpack. I placed four mines at the bottom ends of the pipes, and used my sledgehammer at the top sections. This seemed to work well for me, but I was extremely lucky with my swings.
The Badlands (cont.)
Time: 2:30 Pro: 1:15
Tools: 10 Remote Charges, 12 Hydrogen Tanks
Put two remote charges on two barrels (one on each) and throw them down the pipe on the right. When the second one exits the pipe and hits the wall, detonate both. Repeat this until you run out of remote charges. If the building isn't down by now, restart.
Once again, sprinting to everything is faster.
Aim towards the top lip of the pipe when you throw the tanks in, they fall through the pipe faster.
Time: 1:20 Pro: 0:45
Tools: Sledgehammer, 1 Singularity Bomb, 4 Remote Charges
Use one vertical strike and one horizontal strike to get into the building. Run to the back of the truck and grab the ammo crate. Place the singularity bomb right where you are standing in the truck. Run out and start putting charges on the upper walls and the ceiling. When the singularity bomb goes off, get on the rubble and throw charges at the least affected points until the building collapes.
Time: 0:45 Pro: 0:25
Tools: Sledgehammer, 120 Assault Rifle Rounds, 14 Fuel Barrels
Start by running into the building. Pump a few rifle shots into each barrel and then reload while starting to aim up. Fire a long stream of bullets into the glass ceiling, being sure to hit each barrel atleast once. When they land, the building should be gone.
Try to be ready to fire your second clip before you are finished reloading to reduce your time.
Time: 0:40 Pro: 0:10
Tools: 3 Pistol Rounds, 1 Hydrogen Tank
Grab the fuel barrel and aim up. Throw the barrel like you're trying to make it land on the little balcony around the middle of the tower. Keep your reticule on the barrel as it's in the air and spam the Right Trigger until you finally fire a shot at the barrel. If you hit it, the barrel will explode and the tower most likely will fall.
If you complete this challenge at all, the time is likely going to be very close to the pro time. To ensure it is, sprint to the barrel and throw it as soon as you can.
Time: 0:50 Pro: 0:10
Tools: Sledgehammer, 8 Fuel Barrels
This one is mainly based on luck. Run to the barrels and use a downward swing almost directly on the barrel, but aim at the VERY bottom of the barrel, and inch or so from the ground. Just keep hitting them, slowly turning to the right to compensate for the barrels not lining up with the tower.
If at first you don't succeed, try again.
Free Fire Zone
Time: 1:20 Pro: 0:20
Tools: Sledgehammer, 12 Remote Charges
Start by going to the front of the building, in front of where the turret usually is. Throw four charges onto the left wall inside, detonate them and run to the right side of the building. Use the rest of your charges along the right wall and the back. After you detonate them, use your hammer on any support beams still left and hope for the best.
You can use the jetpack to get up to the top of the hill faster than you can running.
Use horizontal swings on the support beams, vertical on anything else.
Time: 1:45 Pro: 1:00
Tools: Sledgehammer, Light Walker
No use for the sledgehammer here, get in the walker. Go from the largest building to the bottom, taking out the corners first, the buildings should quickly fall.
Getting Pro here is likely to take a few tries. Go for the corners first since they are the most heavily armored. Use only your downward crush to do the most damage.

Get in the heavy walker, the sledgehammer is useless. Start by going to the left side to the glass building. Run through it and use your uppercuts to inflict more damage. If you stay close to the rock wall, you do more damage without wasting any time. Turn right and destroy the fences using your right and left strikes. Repeat your first strategy on the glass building on the far side. Head to the center and finish destroying the crates.
Never stop moving.
Ignore the crates until the very end for the smoothest run through.
Time: 4:00 Pro: 1:40
Tools: Sledgehammer, 5 Nano Rifle shots, 2 Thermobaric Rockets
The four corner beams and two other scattered beams are indestructable. Start by running into the building and grabbing the ammo crate on the first floor. The other two are distractions and are empty. Run back outside and aim up at the "crown" on the top floor. Shoot the vertical support beams at the very top that you can see. Once they are all gone, run to the other side and repeat the process. The crown will fall in destroying most of the building. Use your rockets to take out major chunks of debris still left on the indestructable pillars.
SPRINT!!! Speed is the most important thing for this pro time.
Learn which beams you can hit from what sides, it would suck quite hard if you were shooting at a beam that isn't actually able to be hit from your spot.

For the Oasis one where there are barrels in and around the building you only need to shoot the first barrel you can see inside the building (no need to move) and then strafe slightly left and shoot the other barrel just inside to the right. Most times the chain reaction will bring down the whole building under Pro time, although while you wait for the barrels to explode it helps to take your sledge hammer to the left hand side outer supports.
And on the Oasis one where you play baseball with the barrels using your sledge, I found it helped to crouch.
On the badlands one where you climb the ladders to throw the remote charge, you only need to climb the first ladder, then jump and throw the charge at the middle of the inner ceiling.
