In the folder Mass Effect 2\BioGame\Config

Open DefaultEngine.ini

Scroll down to [SystemSettings]
Change UseVsync=True to UseVsync=false

Scroll down to [Engine.VSync]
Change ForceFullVSync=True to ForceFullVSync=false

Thank me now that you don't have annoying mouse lag

I use vsync and I don't have mouse lag. I do however use D3D overrider for triple buffering so maybe that's why I don't have. But I disabled triple buffering with v-sync and I still don't have any mouse lag.

Mass Effect 2 loads from the DefaultEngine.ini open first load and puts the used settings into coalesced.ini -- which are used by the game. Editing it in the DefaultEngine.ini shouldn't have any effect at all, o.O

Sorry for double post...

Triple-Buffering counters the FPS loss, but should actually ADD to input lag even more.
