Is there any way to play the game with the 360 controller. Got the game, so far I seem unable to. I really don't like playing with a mouse and keyboard. And it's a 3rd person shooter/ rpg don't see why it wouldn't have gamepad support. Does anyone know It would be really helpful.
From: JamieK1981 | #004 i bought ME for PC and then got it for the 360 and the gamepad controls on the 360 outright suck, i don't see why anyone would pick gamepad over mouse and keyboard on the PC.
I respect its how you prefer it, but i just don't see how you can prefer it.
So you can play on your coach or a bed. I use a 1080p HDTV as my secondary monitor and I play many games on it using a controller. For multiplayer games I use Mouse + Keyboard, but for other games I use the controller and sit back and relax. --- Opened, gutted games are used games when Gamestop, EB or anyone opens them. Yeah I'm another PC gamer who prefers to use a 360 controller instead of hunching over a desk with keyboard and mouse. I would have bought ME2 at launch but am patiently waiting for either an official patch or an unofficial edit to the .ini before I get it.
No point in spending $300 for a much weaker system (the 360) just to be able to use the gamepad. I just can't believe a company as big as Bioware went into all the effort of coming up with efficient radial menus for the 360 controller, only to omit it from being an option in the PC version. Come on, guys, this is an over the shoulder shooter. It's perfect for a pad in the same way Gears of War is.
KB+M is more accurate, but a controller is more comfortable when playing on a coach or bed. Noone is arguing that KB+M is superior to a controller for anything but comfort. Bioware should have accommodated both play styles. Apparently Karma can't buy you class on gamefaqs.com
