I talked to him on XBL and he said he's banned from both GameFAQs and Gamespot. If you don't know who he is, don't worry about it.

Actually he disappeared because of the influx of dreck in the board. He was posting elsewhere for some time in regards to Mass Effect.

Yeah, they IP banned him. He said it was because of a GIF war he had. I had a good chuckle because I though he would have been banned for one of the other countless "Brimmstone Mannerisms". Death by GIF war? It's a sad way to go.
