Talking to Zaeed.

Soooooooo do you ever actually engage in conversation with this guy like the other party members? So far it seems like he's being treated like a regular NPC on the ship. Shame really since he seems like a pretty cool character.

Zaed and Kasumi don't have regular dialogue like the rest. Instead if you click on one of their items,
they'll tell you about how they got it. Or if you click on them they'll have something small to say,
but thats it.

I actually like the dialogue for Zaeed and Kasumi. You click on them and they say stuff. When they're done talking they say "That's it I'm out of new dialogue for this trip you can safely leave without some awkward conversation where I suggest you are annoying me."

I feel like Shepard is seen as such a nuisance by all of the other crew.

"Hey wanna talk?"
"No! Go away! I'm busy!"
...
:(
"I should go."
"I'll be here if you need me."
...
"...What if I needed a shoulder to cry on right now? ;_;"

or even worse

"Hi how are you?"
"Fine. Need something?"
*Investigate*
*No new dialogue options*
...
...
"I should go."

I would rather they remove the old "Investigate" options after you hear them. That way, if a crewmember is just SOOO busy standing in one place all day to talk to you, you can tell without engaging in a full conversation to begin with. They just say the "go away I'm busy right now" line without you needing to enter the conversation and do the whole greeting thing. It would also make it easier to tell whether talking will lead to any new dialogue.

"I actually like the dialogue for Zaeed and Kasumi. "

Well what Zaeed and Kasumi do in their quarters as the player clicks objects isn't dialogue. The proper term is monologue.

I love Kasumi's comments. I make it a point to pour my Shep a drink and get her words of wisdom after each mission.

She also comments on Shep's sex life a few times. Like...

SPOILERS below:

If you bang Jack when she first offers, when Kelly comes up to your cabin for dinner, when you first confirm your romance with a LI, and when you consumate your romance with your LI.

I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about what happens when you click on THEM. Where they are talking to you.

"Where they are talking to you."

That is still a monologue.

*Clicking on things in their rooms, includes them.

Well thank you for the pedantic and unnecessary.... "dialogue" in this topic.

NO ONE CARES.

No one cares? It is not like I started this topic or the only person that points out that clicking objects to hear infodumps is not a dialogue.
