Death Jr.: Root of Evil

imo the best wii graphics yet. everything is high resolution and detailed, the gameplay and control feels tighter than super mario galaxy. its funny, the art style is gorgeous. they obviously put alot of love into this and it shows. im playing on an hd lcd tv and it looks damn near 360 level. hell some of the textures look better than 360. i cant speak highly enough of this. i havent had this much fun with a game in awhile. buy buy buy.

This is a VERY good title, imho. It's part shooter and part platformer. The graphics are very well done and the control is very solid (some of the best control yet for the wii). They did a lot to port the game over from the PSP graphic wise and control wise. I am starting Chapter 4 and have played for several hours. There are 19 chapters overall. Challenge seems decent, especially at the hardest setting. Lots of weapons and each is upgradeable. Moves become unlocked too. You can play as two characters as well. So its a nifty little title, rent at least.

I don't know why it's getting so little attention, I'm pretty impressed with the game so far. I like the art style and the gameplay is solid and fun. It reminds me a bit of Metal Arms: Glitch in the System and Psychonauts, both good games as well. It's a great addition to the Wii library.

So far it has an 81% average on gamerankings, with 5 reviews. Not bad.

Well this company really should have sent out some review copies early enough for a review prior to the release date. Whether people like it or not, reviews do help sales when good and if this game is good, they should have been more on the ball.
