Done it. here is my strategy


got around 60 - 70 rings then went from right to left on the same level and took out the first 6 eyes. as for the last eye i zipped around like a maniac till it locked which took a minute, not sure if the last eye is glitched or not but didn't want to lock on for a couple of minutes
