Success Mode help!?

I get fired at the end of the season, and I dont know why? Am i supposed to increase my stats a certain way? I'm confused...

In data on the main success mode options, you know where practice, free time and others? Well choose data. Go to the red one that says eval. Scout eval must reach clear to not get fired.

Practice where the coaches are. This has been asked at least once a week since this game came out.

Um, when making a new success mode, what is the diffrence between the sp rp and cl pitchers?

SP - Starting Pitcher
RP - Relieving Pitcher
CL - Closer

You play starter no matter what in Success, this is just setting that pitcher's role in future modes.

I got it on my fourth try :)

Now moved my guy to MLB life mode and after a short stint in AAA I am on the Rays roster. Usually I just get to pinch hit so far.
