I actually have 2 questions.

1. When should I/can I pick up a strong water/ice type Pokemon?

2. Will these Pokemon get me through the game:

- Infernape/Roserade/Rotom/Staraptor/Said Water/ice pokemon.

Thanks in advanced :D

I think you can get Buizel pretty early on, who evolves into Floatzel, who is decent. Good enough for the game anyway.
Your team looks pretty good, you can practically finish the game with any team, as long as you have a good balance of types. If you want an easier time with the E4, you might want to pick up a Gible though.

I can't think of any Water/Ices in Sinnoh off the top of my head, but as a group, they're just not very good. I'd go with a Water-type like Gyarados to fill that slot. It learns Ice Fang, too.

Wow, there are a lot of jerks on this board. If you don't want to answer his question, don't click on his thread. Don't read it. It's that simple. You're the fool for wasting your time and being a jerk at the same time.

As for the OP, that looks like a good team to me. There aren't too many water/ice pokemon but there's always Sphea which becomes, Seelio which becomes Walrein. I've never used them so I don't know how good they are. There's also dewgong, Cloyster and Lapras.
