breads, toast, porridge, apple,cherry and orange juice. Just make foods that require 1 or 2 ingredients that are easy to get. I wouldn't do veggies unless you have a lot to spare. The best thing to do is use special attack on the trees to get high level fruits. Although I forgot all the good recipes while leveling cooking skill.... There is one really useful recipe at 99 cooking.
Befriend Lara until she sells all the sorts of grasses. Buy A LOT of each color, except green. Buy twice as many purples.
Use the kitchen to make Tea Leaves (90 skill? I think...). Use the Pot to make Relax Tea (95 skill).
Lvl 1 Relax tea provides 250 RP, plus Status Defense, which is the biggest advantage you can get for the Whale Island and Ice Ruins. --- Don't believe everything you hear. But it's okay to believe everything you read.
