That being said, I always got a personalized response from every e-mail I ever sent Working Designs within 4 days (man I miss them ;_;)
Anyway I'm guessing they're still looking into what the exact problem is, and what kind of solution they can provide that won't entail a mass recall of the cart. I'd give them at least another week for a proper response. --- "There is nothing more deceptive than an obvious fact."
Small Update: houktg (NISA Rep.) just posted on their message board that he is still looking into it. He's sent word to Japan but he says that it may take a while. Plus, their contact is away all next week.
Should see if someone can make a code to activate the trigger that lets you play the extra content, to confirm if it really is in the cart.
Oddly enough, DSgaea also has a few quirks in the US ver. due to a bug during the process of going from JP -> US. Nothing as major as unobtainable content though. --- "LUE is not being closed. It's been made... special." - CJayC
