Building Unlock Requirements, Layouts, Notes

This is just for the "main" buildings so far - I'll work on adding the quest-specific ones (gypsy or foreign trade) later. I have a spreadsheet set up to help me figure out the net resource requirements for each building, but it's a real pain to look up and enter all that data, so I'm leaving that out for now. Really, you should just be gathering as many resources as possible anyway.

Here's the format I used for the entries.

Name: The name of the building
Prerequisites: Other buildings you need to complete to unlock the blueprint
Notes: Any extra info such as stars or abilities granted from the building
Layout: (the font probably messed this up, but if you paste it into something using Courier or a similar font it will be OK)
X is where building objects are placed
o is where any output appears, such as substructures or converted resources
+ is where an upgrade can be built later (to warn you to leave some space west of your Town Hall, for example)
# shows the original building placement on upgraded buildings

And the 6 buildings in the upper right corner of your blueprint pages???  I don't understand why they aren't showing up!  I don't think I did anything wrong, I have completed all building up to the castle even the secret achievement.  I have cleared the forests, gems, and rocks, I am missing a speed boost of my forest and gems for the keflings.  I did everything by the blueprints, what did I miss?

copypasted from the faq:

Q: How do I unlock the blueprints in the upper right of the blueprint page?
A: The upper part unlocked with the gypsy, the part just below those with foreign trade. You have to pick one or the other, you can't have both.
