On the iPhone 3GS

You said it! They deleted 4 of my posts which were basically just re-asking the question, yet left some others up. They docked me 3 karma points though they couldn't articulate a coherent argument about how the TOS was violated or who could potentially be disrupted by the postings. Sometimes, though, it's easier to just give in than fight the ignorant.

Anyhoo, do you know anything about how Sonic runs on the 3Gs?

just tried Sonic on a 3GS, runs pretty flawless to me.. however i cannot compare with a 3G since i haven't actually tried it

but i have tried other games on a iPod Touch 1G and the results are very different

Katamari runs so much smoother than it does on the iPod Touch 1G, even touch grind on the 3Gs seems much more fluid

i presume the iPod Touch 1G is similar in specs compared to the 3G

Thanks for the reply. On the 3G there are frequent slowdown issues on fast parts, and even the music suffers quite a bit.

It's not as bad as Castle Wolfenstein, which is largely unplayable in boss fights, but there are issues.
