Not sure but I have head the Felon's Coat sold at Wade's (might need to complete a couple of main quests first) is good.

You need 2 complete 2 of the recruitment quests for it to be at Wade's shop, but it is expensive

hey sorry to bother you but do you mind telling me the stats on the felon's coat? i was being stupid and had wade make me the dragonscale armor so i couldn't buy it. >.<

Fatigue 2.30%
+6 Dexterity
+9 Defense
+4 Armor
+2 Stamina Regeneration in Combat
+15 Physical Resistence

If you're a str-based dps rogue the dragonbone warden commander armor (if you have the warden's keep DLC) is also excellent. Otherwise I would recommend the felon's coat.

Just a warning: you won't be able to purchase the Felon's coat after Wade has made two dragon scale armors for you (shop will close down).

Felon's Coat is you're using Dagger/Dagger CUN.
Everything else: Warden Commander Armour.
