I went through I believe was every single path in the conversation at camp, and got what I think the most possible points that could be obtained (just with the first visit) before advancing the story. This is with using ZERO gifts.
After being rescued from the tower from the ogre battle...
When Flemeth first says that Morrigan is going with you, answer in this order...
3. Thank you, but if she doesn't want to come... 2. Was This All Your Idea 3.She won't Come To Harm* 2. Allow Her To Speak Her Mind 1. We need all the Help
* - (SPOILER) This choice may or may NOT help her get "Love" in the approval meter after defeating Flemeth later in the game. I have not made it that far to see, this is just my hunch.
Anything else after doesn't seem to matter. I could only get at most +8 Approval from Morrigan.
I then left the wilds and went RIGHT to Camp, and talked to her some more. The order of Questions is the order I CHOSE, albeit I don't think the order matters.
Note: I'm just going to write the number order for the conversation pieces.
Ask her about Shapechanger (All These Netted Me +7):
Ask her about "Wildlife Must Be Lonely". NOTE: This is NOT in the question list. This appears with the choices of "asking a Question" and "Something Personal". Both options netted me +9.
At this point, Morrigan's Codex gets updated (Morrigan's Critical eye is not reserved solely for others. Knowing or not, she has a simple fondness for jewelry and is very particular about her appearance.), and she receives the Skill Bonus "Minor Magic"
i just bedded morrigan in the camp, in her "tent", but i've watched clips of her bedding you in an actual bed before.. is there a way for you to possibly do this or was that sorta a promo vid before the finalization of the game..

Patience my lad.
If you want her in a real bed you can have her soon enough; chances are you'll get more than you bargained for.
