Pride Demon (SPOILERS)

They're supposed to be the toughest demons out there, but you never really encounter any. I remember reading somewhere that what Uldred becomes when you fight him is a Pride Demon, but I'm not sure. Do they show up at any other times?

Asunder is a Pride Demon. You meet him in Ortan Thaig of Deep Road. You have to release him from an altar after you collect three bloody body bags (one in Aeducan Thaig, two in Caradin's Cross).

He's not as hard as Uldred.

Oh yeah, he was the coolest looking enemy in the game IMO. The dragons looked good too.

You can interact with one some in the mage's origin storyline/tutorial thing during your Harrowing.

If you're talking about the bear, I remember that was a sloth demon. Do you mean the mouse guy?

The mouse guy is a pride demon. He will even say so in some of his conversation options.

what mouse guy?

The one who joins you for your quest, he gives you advice, he masquerades as a mage who failed his Harrowing.

Kind of funny but because of him I didn't trust the guy in the Fade at the Mage's Circle Quest for anything.

The mouse in the Mage origin is a pride demon, but you don't really get to see him in his demon form.

I don't think it's ever actually stated that Asunder is a pride demon - he's always just referred to as a "Fade Beast". While Pride demon is certainly a good guess, I'm not sure where the certainty regarding him being a pride demon comes from.

The fact that they have the exact same model is where it comes from.
