Unfortunately, you can't.

Which is stupid. Hell, vibrating controllers in general are stupid. Especially cordless ones, unless you want to actually feel your batteries drain.

You should be able to turn it off from the dash board. Mine is off.

I was going to be a smartass and say take the battery out of your controler... but I'll be nice. :-)

I believe what Gameslayer said is true. There is an option on the actual Xbox menu to turn off vibration.

Turning off the vibration was one of the first things I did when I got my 360. I hate that option with a passion.
