This should be helpful to those struggling with this like I am. Tough info to find for me.

These look good. I didn't mess around with tactics my 1st playthrough but that's probably because I was the Tank.

my 2nd playthrough I want to stand back and shoot arrows or maybe throw fireballs and watch the action.

Healer
Probably just me but I wouldn't be taking Cleansing Aura, Heroic Aura, Mind Blast, Lifeward, Drain Life, or Death Magic or Mind Blast to begin with. The only reason to take glyph of repulsion is for the paralysis explosion combo. Why on earth would you wait until your below 25% health before you healed, one heal wouldn't get you much higher then 50% again at max.

Combat Mage
Who the hell takes spell shield when there is mana clash? For the rest as above

Damager
Lightning Spells? They are the worst of the primal trees. Crushing Prison is a poor mans blood wound. For the rest see Healer

Supporter
Where to being. Someone really should tell them that you can only have one "weapon" spell active at a time, taking all three is just stupid. Heroic Defense is simply a waste of mana. Antimagic Ward, Really?? For the rest see Healer

Debilitator
Well at least the spell selection is a little better but still a lot of crap in there.

Defender
Ditch Holy Smite, Devour, Shield Cover and Critical Strike, they are all not worth the stamina.

Archer
Anyone who takes feign death should be ashamed of themselves as should anyone who uses song of Valor over cunning when they aren't in a 3 mage party or uses Rapid Shot once they have repeater gloves or a weapon with rapid aim. Once again ditch Holy Smite, useless not only because it does crap all damage but because mana clash exists. Pinning Shot is only useful until you get Mana Clash as a method of disabling mages while critical shot plain sucks.

Scrapper
Once again feign death, holy smite are bad as is the entire duelist spec. A rogue should not be using Flurry or any other DW talent for that matter that's not riposte, momentum and maybe DW sweep. Upset Balance is a total waste of stamina
