Duncun mentions that Wardens from Orleis should be arriving within days while at Ostagar. Why do they never show up? The entire course of the game can't be over in just a few days, so there's no reason why they shouldn't be able to make it. Is it ever explained?

Yes, I believe when you free Reordan (sp?) from Howe's dungeon he explains that the Orlisan Wardens were stopped at the Fereldan border and not allowed to cross, since there is still bad blood between the two nations.

Makes sense, considering Loghain is running the show, and his obvious hatred of Orlesians.
