How do I get a purple lightsaber/crystal?

They aren't offered on the GM on my server.

Is there a quest to get one? Can you pick one up somewhere/buy it somewhere?

If it's buyable, what's the market price?

also I think lvl 50 pvp lightsabers have purp crystals

And orange is more of a gold color.
