I'd prefer for there to be little to no mention of KotOR characters in the game. I mean, obviously, Revan and such are well known, but my little dirt poor smuggler shouldn't know who Darth Sion or Atton Rand is.

Why does it seem like everyone loves HK and everyone hates Carth? -_-

HK isn't even that useful in the game itself, people just like him because they're easily amused by his mildly entertaining dialogue.
