I see population in the servers dropped since last week in nearly all servers.

All by less than half of a percent.

Its still a cause for concern because we're not getting any new players and probably many stopped playing and canceled their subscription. If this keeps going on there will be less and less people to interact and play with online.

New players are just short of making up for the players quitting, so I imagine the game is probably still around the 1.6 million mark.

Regardless of how you feel about it, it's still the fastest growing MMO in history. Stop over reacting and looking for a problem where there is none.

*sigh*

l2math

It is from 5-31% from resorting and looking at the lists. The change is a delta against actual populations, with 1 being light to 5 being full.

So, if a server went from 2 to 1.8 (delta .20 on 2.0), it theoretically lost 10% of peak population.

However, the methods used for building the statistics is rough at best.

But given the trending, SWTOR is looking like it is trending down.

Heres the thing that folks like tc tend to forget. TOR came out during christmas break/vacation for everyone in the states. Now what do we have? School and work again. Naturally things are going to have died down.
