I liked SWTOR. I really really did.


Lack of end game content, garbage dev feedback, terrible class balancing with 1.2.....

And along comes guild wars 2, that has no subscription fee........oh lawdy, Bioware has got to be crapping their pants.

Just wondering what would you want for end game content? 3 raids 4 battlegrounds obviously isn't enough. What would be sufficient I really want to know no joke. I played Guild Wars 2 beta too, and enjoyed it a lot but theres no reason to cancel my SWTOR sub fee since it's f2p. Dev's have pumped out pretty good content and fast imo.


Explosive conflict and the new dailies (all 5 of them) lost their charm in 3 days. Why pay $15 for that?

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say you didn't step into WvWvW, Only someone that didn't step foot into it doesn't realize how epic it is.

From what Ive played of GW2... Im having a hard time picking whether i like TOR or GW2 beta better... I think Id actually give the edge to TOR. GW2 combat just feels... clunky and awkward.

Why don't you go over to the Guild Wars 2 page then? Many of the people who use this board actually want to discuss this game.

I've slowly liked ToR less and less, but I hope GW2 falls flat on its face just because of the loads of obnoxious players who rant about how it's going to stomp all other games

I just feel that this topic( like so many others) has nothing to do with TOR, so why should it be on this board? The only mention of TOR in the TC's post, was to compare it to the game he was actually talking about. It doesn't even aggravate me anymore, its just kinda funny to see how many people are willing to spend so much of their time trying to enrage others. It really says volumes about the gaming community in general, or maybe its just people who feel the entitlement to hide the fact that they are petty behind the shroud that is the Internet.
