Copy Katting is what ruined this game.

Sometimes I log in to check the general chat omg so funny, people with real subs complaining about the game 90% of the time on Fatman. Not even the Force could fix this.

How would killing WoW have brought any sort of balance to anything? Wouldn't it competing equally with WoW have been balance? If it killed WoW then TOR would've just taken WoW's place looming over all other MMOs.

Note my post was me pointing out the stupidity of the thread itself. It's like "Really? This is where we're at now?" You can only fight stupid with stupid it seems these days.

I just tried WoW for the first time today, I'm pretty late to the MMO party since I only just got a gaming capable PC. Long story short I got bored with it, unfortunately I don't have the benefit of nostalgia to let me enjoy it.

Fun with a few friends to level with ... not really otherwise. I played it on and off with a couple of friends until a little after the first expansion came out, and we were never able to stay interested past about level 30 - 40.

They're not, it just seems that way around people who act dumb.

I will admit that sometimes it can be frustraiting when people don't know enough about games to produce any sort of discussion, but that's going to happen regardless of the forum, ie there's always going to be people like that.

I wish more people were able to attend events like E3, GDC, etc, and could pick developers brains about how things work and as a result produce better talks that could produce better feedback for developers. Note I'm talking about all games, not TOR. Yes, those events have a bunch of games that aren't out available to play, but that's never the most interesting or fun part when I go.

For isntance do I really want to play the new Mortal Kombat game that's eventually going to come out or do I wanna go talk to Ed Boon for 5 mins instead?
