Does FMJ increase bullet damage ?

No, it doesn't.
It decreases the damage reduction applied to bullets when they pass through objects. i.e. shooting through walls, brick, forklifts, whatever.

Increases bullet penatration. It says it adds damage but it isn't noticable, it also wouldn't make sense because FMJ would leave a cleaner wound on somebody compared to, say hollow point.

It doesn't add damage. It reduces damage lost through penetration.

I never said it adds damage, I said that the the game claims that it adds damage but it isn't noticable meaning it would still take around 3 shots to kill somebody.

It increases damage done thru objects and if a object is able to go thru at all

All I know is, my TAR with FMJ and CB kills in the equivalent amount of time as my TAR w/o FMJ and WITH stopping power.

Because stopping power has little to no effect on the TAR, it makes it kill in MAYBE one less bullet.
