Yeah. Like a dock or plug. I have a $150 set of headphones I bought for listening to music. They have the AUX/MP3 plug though.
Is there an adapter or other accessory that will allow me to plug it into the 360 controller?
Thanks for any informative responses

You could buy a composite to 3.5mm adapter and plug the headphones directly into the TV.
The port on the controller is only for voice chat, no game sounds come through that. --- http://bfbc2.statsverse.com/sig/detail6/360/DividerByZero.png Ohaithar, I make CoD videos. http://www.youtube.com/user/DividerByZero

If you're close enough to your TV you can just plug them into a headphones jack. otherwise you'll need a 3.5mm to AV cable (and possible an extender for the cables)` --- "We are the cries of the class of '13, born in the era of humility. yes there is, you need an audio plug converter. I think it's 3.5mm to 2.5mm, though I'm pretty sure you can only hear voice through it.

Well, I assume you want game sound in your headphones. If you are using Component or Standard, then plug the RCA (red/white) cables into a RCA-stereo adapter. Then plug your headphones into that. If you use HDMI, I hope your TV has a headphone jack.
IF your headphones are surround, you probably want an optical cable for the sound, and then plug that into your processor. --- "We demand rigidly defined areas of doubt and uncertainty!"-Vroomfondel(The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy).

Or you could spend $1.22 and get chat the easiest way possible.
