About how much bandwidth does this game use per hour?

I'm going up north and want to buy a "Broadband2Go" plan from virgin mobile.
Just wondering what plan to get because I'm not sure how much the Game uses.
(I'm bringing with a 19" 720p tv, 360 Elite, Laptop so I can bridge connections, etc.)

Uhm, Singing into your dashboard alone is like 20+ MB's. Each new slide has to be downloaded from xbox servers plus if you browse the game marketplace all those slides and pictures and info.

Call of Duty is sending MANY packets to your router every second. Everytime somebody takes a step, a packet has to be sent from that persons xbox to yours so that their location can be correctly relayed to your xbox. Etc ... If your going to have limited bandwidth, XBL is NOT a good idea.

I'm a network admin in training (CCNA + CCNP, already have CCNS)

You won't be able to use one of the mobile broadband things to play Xbox. Not a chance.

And I mean for 30min playtime everyday.

How will you not be able to? I mean, it will be laggy sometimes (probably all the time) but hey, its better than NOTHING.

I've read that XBL actually doesn't take that much bandwidth. Instead, it relies more on a low ping, simply because you need that data to come as quickly as possible.

Obviously it depends on the game. I just googled it and it seems like for first person shooters (COD4 and Halo...should be comparable with MW2) it's about 40 MB per hour. With some other games like Forza, it's as low as 20 MB per hour. Also, it sounds like voice chat adds quite a bit to that figure.

It won't work. I don't know the tech talk to explain it, but I can assure you that it will not work.
