How well does PE3 play on the Vita?

#1wolf_blitzer85Posted 3/16/2013 3:31:59 AM
Load times, video quality, game speed, etc?

And recommend some other RPGs like PE3/T3B, I'm talking any PSP Rpgs that you have played on the Vita and know work.

Mucho gracias, Seņors.

T3b plays wonderfully. The right stick and led screen really bring the game to life. Load times aren't even really noticeable. Too bad the plot and outcome suck so hard. That's merely my opinion though. Other RPGS? Like past game or vita exclusive?

I apologize for neglecting this topic.
Any non-Vita Rpgs from the Psp era are fine.

and to all the other posters in this topic, t3b = PE3 as far as i'm concerned. Stop being so squarelitist.

In response to the actual topic at hand, The 3rd Birthday plays like a dream on the Vita. You just need to enable bilinear filtering, maybe color space, and assign the D-Pad to be also usable with the right stick, and you've got yourself a fun time there, sir.

The video quality is about the same on PSP with bilinear on. The game speed is the same as on PSP, but the save / load menus are a bit faster. Load times are virtually nonexistent, just from a half a second to two seconds, but it was the same on its home handheld as well. I haven't noticed any graphical glitches. I use headphones, so I can't speak of the music quality through PSP speakers compared to PS Vita speakers.

Any other questions, wolf_blitzer85?
