Hey man no disrespect meant by putting your name in the wind like I did. I know I do not know you or if you actually play on stick, but I am a great judge of character and really only assumed you played on stick.....

I really could not think of another player on these boards that plays on stick other than you so I put your name up there because I "knew" I would not be wrong.

Mad respect for the vid....... and how did you win that Gamestop tourney on pad? Was your on PS3? Mine was on 360 so I did not even enter.... But either way I would have gotten scraped by real pad players..... Damn those stupid pads..... Only gamestop would hold a tourney that does not allow you to play on stick!!!!

I figured that they would give out a pad, since the tourney was on pad and all..... It was really only about the Brady Games Guide for me....... Games like that I have to know my frame data or I will be lost. Cross Rush combos are much easier when you know how many frames of start-up moves have.

Either way I was not happy with the tourney and just did not play in it. How do you fools play on pads????

Guess people just play on what they are used to........ All those Arcade years never perpared me for pad only tourneys. I guess that is why it was free...... Because that is what pad players are to stick players.....

Man those Hoir's........ Are complete and utter crap!!!!! I mean I have 3 so I really have no room to talk, but they just do not hold up and are way too much work just to keep buttons working..... Crap!!! If I had to pay full price for any stick it would only be something I find as a collector edition. Like the Death smiles Swana, or that new Persona 4 Semitsu edition, I mean I might pick up another TvC CGOH stick and not open it but for 100 off ebay I am still on the fence about another one.

Everything else better be BOGO or clearance, as they are just not made for real tourney players, just casuals and online warriors. When those stick came out they were 79.99, one month later they had a price drop to 59.99, then not even 6 months after that they dropped again to 45. When I picked 2 of mine up they were at 16.99 at a Baggages (Retail price for that store, not used and not opened).

I mean look at the TvC sticks. 16.99....... I mean really, arcade style stick for less than 20, that started out as 79.99, they should just tell you up front that they are making sub par products and not to buy them until the price drops by more than half.

In other words F Madcatz, F Hori, Love Exar, Love tri mods (qanba, 8 arc) but for the most part just buy a cheap shell and mod the ever loving piss out of them!!!

I wouldn't call TvC fightsticks sub par unless you just mean a few of the parts are sub par. Besides a stick and buttons it's really solid and the matte finish is amazing. Also it has survived multiple accidental drop tests. :P Ooops.

I like the base of my TvC more than I like my SSF4 base. I wouldn't want to drop my SSF4 fightstick.

I didn't see an NES advantage on there. I do have one of those also along with my TvC and SSF4 (black).

Are you saying besides the stick and the buttons, that the TvC Madcatz stick is good????

What else need to be good on a stick besides the stick and buttons??? I am paying for a case and some art work...... 79.99 is mad over priced, 49.99 is still raping people for ish products. BOGO for 40 is a little better, but if the stick needs to be BOGO for it to be all right, it is crap.
