Weird question but did anybody else's instruction manual come ripped along the seam where the staples are? I just purchased this from the Capcom Store and the manual is missing the bottom staple, it looks like it was ripped out as it's all torn where the staple was. There are several rips and tears throughout the manual as well. It looks used.

I've read online about some people's manuals not being stapled at all but I haven't come across the manuals being torn.
