Valhalla Knights: Eldar Saga

hi guys,'
I know the mercenaries level up with the fights but can I distribute his level up points??
I cant found a menu for that.

and finally how can I buy weapons to the mercenaries? Do I buy for me and then I give the weapon to he mercenarie? how do i do that??

1. The mercs pick their own stat ups, you can't pick for them

2. at the merc tavern, go to MANAGE and it lets you see their equipment and change/exchange it with equipment in your bag. Usually they carry the skill in the weapon they have, so I wouldn't change that except with the same type.
