I find myself needing a slow when I don't have mushrooms around. What you guys think?

Rylai's doesn't proc from your poison, so you need to use the Frozen Mallet if there aren't any Mushrooms. --- "A shouted order to do something of dubious morality with an unpredictable outcome? Thweeet!" My FC is in my profile.

Rylais will turn your blindshot into a mini exhaust.
Frozen Mallet will make you slow stuff with the autoattacks your aren't building for.
AP Teemo is bad, but at least Rylai's gives him AP. --- Eve - because she's most like a woman. You don't see her at all the entire day until you spend 400 gold on her. - stonewall_hero

I remember fighting as an AP teemo vs an AS teemo. I beat him pretty easily as the match went on. Pretty decent in team fights too but your not tower killer that's for sure.
Na AP Teemo is not bad, hes a beast. And hes not too shabby and killing towers since I get Dorans/Boots/ Then Nashors Tooth for the mana/cooldowns and AP/AS.Then I get a Sheen
But im still wondering as sort of Hybrid Mostly AP Teemo would it be better getting a :
Frozen Mallet +700 Health +20 Attack Damage UNIQUE - Physical attacks slow enemy's movement speed by 30% for 2.5 seconds.
Rylais Scepter +550 Health +80 Ability Power Passive Your spell damage slows the target's movement speed by 35% for 1.5 seconds (15% for multi-target spells).
They are right around the same price. Rylais gives less hp but adds AP to the build, and adds the slow to your Blind.
While Frozen Mallet adds a bit to your damage gives 150+ HP and procs from all basic attacks.
I think Im gonna go with Rylais what u guys think?

Teemo, a beast? LOL
AP Teemo won't work against anyone worth their salt. 1 elixer turns your mushrooms into free gold, and your source of damage goes out the window. --- http://img26.imageshack.us/img26/6568/zero17sig.png

Why not both? >.> --- I am plagued by many dilemmas numbering four score, ten and nine. But among those, a harlot is not one of them.
