Rod is not worth it for TT ever. Id guess build catalyst, boots, maybe rylaj then finish banshee if needed or game should be over soon anyway. --- "South-Korea is the only nation whose national sport has a sequel." -Disc
I usually rush a RoA no matter what, unless we're getting farmed horrendously I guess (Which hasn't happened yet since I haven't lost a single game of 3v3 using Singed yet <_<) Basically my final build is (Depending on the enemy team comp):
Force of Nature Rod of Ages Treads/Tabi/Swiftness (For running lol-worthy circles around the enemy team with IP + Ghost) Spirit Visage/Thornmail Void staff/Abyssal Scepter/Leviathan
I haven't had a game go past a void staff yet, though.

1. Start with a mana crystal + health pots, build into catalyst. 2. Get boots, build into merc treads if the enemy team is magic damage heavy, build into ninja tabis if the enemy team is physical carries. 3. Build a spirit visage. 4. If the enemy team is stacking magic resist, buy a haunting guise at this point, otherwise build a rylai's. At this point (while building rylai's), make sure you always have a red elixir on you, and a blue as well if you can afford it. 5. If the game is still going on at this point, turn your catalyst into a banshee's veil, and pick up the haunting guise if you didn't already. --- I simultaneously disagree with everyone on the internet. Especially you.
