Grieves Wounds and Cleanse

The new Cleanse nerf doesn't affect damage or stat effecting debuffs (which it probably should), does the Wounds part of ignite still removable with Cleanse or not?

If it is not, Mundo pretty much got the biggest nerf he could ever receive.

Mundo has never been reliant on his ult's heal in a fight.
