Ideas to stop Tower Diving, let me know what you think.

I've read people saying things like you lose gold if you die or lose gold if killed by minion or turret but how about these ideas:

ALL these rules would only trigger IF the champ has attacked the turret in last 10 seconds, that way turret kills while attacking champs would not cause the turret to get the boost.

1-If the turret kills a champion the Turret receives XX% health back (maybe 25%-50%)

2-If a minion with in Turret range kills a champion the same rule above applies

3-If the turret kills a champion it levels up (similar to Heimers turrets) or gets same boost as fortify (not the shield but the enhanced damage and splash damage) for X minutes.

4-Have people killed by a turret receive a gold penalty as suggested before.

5-Have pepole killed by a turret have an extended 10-15seconds death time.

I like idea 4 and 5. There should be some kind of penalty for dying to a turret

If you die to a tower diver and you didn't at least auto attack him before he dies to the tower it's your fault, not some imbalance in the game.

^ Maybe they mean tower dive as in backdooring. Just wrong lingo. Atleast that's what I think they are talking about. Because if you let someone get ex'd instead of killed. Failboats

^Well if that's what they mean...they are talking about backdoorers that are dying to towers (ie. not very good ones) and the penalty there should be a 5v4 fight elsewhere.

Do what they do in dota
Player who dies loses 200 gold and it is split between the tower's team

If there ever was a gold penalty, The inventory system will need to be more like Dota. So we can buy our items even without going back. I mean if we have a gold penalty for death it wouldn't be fair since we can't buy items unless we're in base.

I don't see tower diving as a problem. I find the lost potential xp during the death lull is disincentive enough.

Tower diving isn't a problem programmers need to solve, it's a problem you need to solve.
